We have kinds of loader tines or called rake teeth . Their material is 60Si2Mn , the HRC is 34-42, and forging mold stripping gradient is 1~3&deg, so they are strong and not easy to fracture. Their surface have been heat treated,powder coated and spray painted. The color of the loader tine can be made according to customer's requirement.

The loader tines are used for loading machine of farm tractor to load goods,for example, the grass bales. We have all kinds of loader tines,such as cranked tine, straight tine, curved tine and so on. We can produce rake teeth according to sample or drawings.
