Step 1: Materials

2. Main production process
Heat treatment. The original hardness of 65 manganese spring steel is 16-17. First of all, quenching, it can make the hardness of the disc blade reaches 60. The disc blade is too hard and too brittle at this time. Therefore, tempering should be carried out, it makes the rake structure changes, and the hardness and toughness return to the state of 38-46HRC.
Shot blasting. It can clean the rust and impurity and smooth the surface of the disc blades.
Spraying plastics.Spraying can strengthen the adhesion of the disc blade paint and enhance the fatigue resistance of the rake 7-8 times. Remove the surface oxide layer to make the surface more smooth and smooth.
